We ask for your help in keeping Ella's running smoothly for every guest. Please review our appointment policies below.

Cancellation Notice

We request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Guests with a pattern of last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be asked to pay in advance for future bookings.
